By accessing or using the Zehak Wellness platform at zehakwellness.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Zehak Wellness provides an online platform connecting clients with licensed psychologists for therapy sessions. Sessions are conducted via audio or video call. We do not provide chat-based therapy, psychiatric services, or emergency crisis intervention.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Bookings and Payments
Session fees are displayed on each therapist's profile. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. A convenience fee may be applied by the payment gateway. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Multi-session packages must be used within their validity period. Unused sessions in expired packages are forfeited and non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with a session due to therapist conduct, contact us at hello@zehakwellness.com for a full refund. We take client satisfaction seriously and handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Our therapists are independent licensed professionals. Zehak Wellness facilitates the connection but does not provide medical advice. In case of a mental health emergency, please contact your nearest emergency service or the iCall helpline at 9152987821.
