Dhara

An All-Women Wellness Retreat

September 24 — 27, 2026

Ramgarh, Nainital · Kumaon Hills

Limited to 20 women

Reserve Your Spot

Four days of stillness,
art, and coming home to yourself.

Dhara is not a vacation. It's a deliberate pause — four days away from the noise, in the quiet of the Kumaon hills, surrounded by women who are choosing to slow down.

You'll paint without needing it to be good. Move your body without needing it to look a certain way. Breathe deeply enough to feel something shift. Walk through a Kumaoni village and eat food cooked by the hands of locals who've lived in these mountains for generations.

You'll leave with a journal full of pressed flowers and honest words, a tote bag you painted yourself, and the rare feeling of having been fully present — maybe for the first time in a long time.

Curated to heal, not to hustle.

🌬️

Pranbodha Kriya™

A deep emotional release and nervous system reset through conscious breathwork, meditation, and guided awareness. Led by Anshika S.

🌿

Tantra & Cacao Ceremony

An evening of authentic tantric wisdom, energy awareness, and a guided cacao ceremony — a heart-opening practice using ceremonial-grade cacao, breathwork, and intention-setting.

🎨

Art Therapy

Express without words. Guided art therapy sessions using paint, natural materials, and creative exploration as a pathway to emotional processing and self-discovery.

💃

Dance Movement Therapy

Movement as medicine. Release what your body has been holding through guided dance and somatic expression — no choreography, no judgment, just feeling.

Before you decide.

Who is this retreat for? +
Women looking for a genuine pause — not a party weekend, not a yoga bootcamp. If you've been running on autopilot and something in you knows you need to stop, even for just four days, this is for you. No prior experience with therapy, meditation, or art is needed.
Is this a therapy retreat? +
Dhara is organised by Zehak Wellness, an online therapy platform. While the retreat includes therapeutic modalities (art therapy, movement therapy, breathwork), it is not a substitute for individual therapy. Think of it as a wellness experience informed by a clinical sensibility — designed to help you reconnect, not to treat a diagnosis.
What's the cancellation and refund policy? +
21+ days before the retreat: full refund minus ₹2,000 processing fee. 14–21 days before: 50% refund. Under 14 days: no refund. If Zehak cancels the retreat for any reason, you receive a full refund. You may transfer your ticket to another woman at any time — just let us know.
Can I pay in installments? +
Yes. Pay ₹15,000 now to secure your spot, and the remaining balance by September 10, 2026. Your spot is only confirmed once the first installment is received.
How do I get there? +
The nearest railway station is Haldwani (Kathgodam). Most participants take the early morning train from Delhi. From Haldwani, it's about a 2-hour cab ride to Ramgarh. We'll share cab driver contacts and coordinate shared rides so you're not figuring this out alone. Travel cost is not included in the ticket price.
What should I bring? +
Comfortable clothes you can move in, a light jacket for cool evenings, sunscreen, any personal medication, and an open mind. Art supplies and yoga mats are provided. We'll send a detailed packing list after registration.
Is the food vegetarian? +
Yes, all meals at the retreat are vegetarian. The village lunch during cultural immersion is also vegetarian and locally prepared. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, let us know during registration and we'll coordinate with the kitchen.
I'm coming alone — is that okay? +
Most people do. The retreat is designed so that by Day 2, "alone" stops being a thing. The ice breakers, shared meals, and group activities naturally build connection. Many of the strongest friendships from our previous retreat started between strangers.
What is Pranbodha Kriya™? +
A breathwork and meditation practice designed for deep emotional release and nervous system regulation — combining conscious breathing, guided meditation, and energy awareness. Done on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for maximum effect. No prior experience needed.
What is a cacao ceremony? +
A guided group experience using ceremonial-grade cacao — pure, minimally processed chocolate prepared as a warm drink. The natural compounds in cacao create a gentle feeling of warmth and openness. Combined with meditation, breathwork, and intention-setting, it's a heart-opening practice used in wellness traditions around the world. No psychoactive effects — just a deep sense of calm and connection.

20 women. 4 days.
One deliberate pause.

Early bird closes after 8 registrations. No extensions.
